Hi all,

For my understanding, U Mobile is RM78.00 per month but u have to sign 2 years contract of that service. Actually every products got its pros and cons, it is depends what type of service or packages suit the customer. Smile

haha~ It depends, not every sales person talking the pros only, it is hard to believe by customer if do so. For our products, i can say it is more towards on MOBILITY, we are providing customer a conveniency so that they can online anywhere anytime they want. We are not focusing for the speed to promote. However, we provide onsite demo so the customer can test the service at the ideal area they want to test. It will be more accurate on actual performance. Wink

but to me, speed, connection is very important ....at times i do connect to the office server to work and when i need to access my server to do some work, i cannot afford any disconnection... so far streamyx still have not let me down ... i believe that wireless will have interference from other source.

providing wireless solution although u target people on the move but yet, people wants some fast connection. not waiting for the page to be uploaded for so long..

furthermore, you need people to pay upfront of 1 year fees although u are providing this and that...not many people can afford to bring out so many cash... you guys are promoting everywhere but does your base station can support that many users if all of them login together?

For download speed we providing is up to 1mbps and upload speed is up to 346kbps, same as streamyx. However, all the internet services ll be facing congestion problem, streamyx, maxis, izzi as well. But the most concern is how they solve this major problem when the connection is congested. For streamyx, if the port is full, they cant add on to support. Even though it is very congested, they are unable to solve it. For iZZi, we can build on more base station to cover the congested area and upgrade our bandwidth. So far, we have commited to do that and solve the problem in most of the area.Besides that, we are still expanding our coverage currently. If we cant afford for many of our users, how can people still buying iZZi and we can survive till now? (we offer money back guarantee as well) consumers have their choice to do any selection as they are smart to opt what they need truly. at last, i'm no offence, just frankly speaking..

Our product is no contract basis, free device including 1 year warranty and no deposit as well. For secure our company, we just offer monthly installment by credit card.. Besides, we offer money back guarantee up to 6 months. It is like you buying a package that you can unlimited access for one year. If you can buy a handphone by one-time payment either cash or credit card, why mobile wireless broadband can't? It is a same concept of Mobility with mobile phone Smile

slow? ok?

LET ME TELL YOU ALL THE TRUTH. I'VE BEEN ONE OF A VICTIM FOR THIS SUCK IZZI 4G.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCK, TRY TO GIVE YOU MANY EXCUSES BUT YET THE SERVICE IS SUCK. THE SPEED NOT EVEN REACH 30% OF THE TOTAL SPEED AS ADVERTISED.

YOU BETTER STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SUCK ISP.

UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T ATTACH THE SCREEN SHOT FOR SPEED TEST RESULTS AND THE SIGNAL STRENGTH HERE FOR YOU ALL TO HAVE A LOOK.

IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK.

take a look at this... i must add that the signal strength is 100%

i'm living near the intersection of jalan puchong and jalan klang lama

in the beginning, it was still quite ok, around 500kbps and sometimes can get 700kpbs or even 800!! now it's only around 100kbps!!! i called to complain and they said they know about it and it's just that there are too many users... so what are they going to do about it? they say hav to wait and see... how long already had i waited??? 2 months already.. how long more... just wait and see lor.. maybe until 1 year later then they will improve it... since no point servicing existing clients that are not happy... and they told me they already upgraded the base station nearby my place... in the mean time.. more are subscribed to izzi.. and i expect the connection to dip to about 90kpbs soon... u just wait and see... u izzi users should post your speed readings to let everyone see how it sucks

by the way... it's not the location that sucks since some pple say it's because of the location... i'm living in a condo with clear view ahead.. and the nearest base station is nearby in section 1... i already called and check...

i tried in my office too, jalan bukit bintang.. guess what.. same problem.. used to be around 800kbps

they will say your location not good, so dun be mislead by the location thingy.. yes.. it does affect but hey!!! my location's good!!! and in fact earlier i used to get around 700kbps or even 900kbps!!! but now it's just a dream....

Hi recently I just went to Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia or TTPM (At level 16 above Megamall besides Legend hotel or can go to their branches via checking this link http://ttpm.kpdnhep.gov.my/portal/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=30) to made complain and claim back the money about the poor speed which is not as advertised. This suck wireless broadband company is iZZinet Sdn Bhd (www.izzi.com.my).

They advertised their speed can upto 1mbps but I always get around 100 - 250kbps although the signal strength in my area here is 100% (less than 30% of the total speed). Be carefull when they offer full money back satisfaction guarateed (all bullshit) stated in the terms and conditions as below:

1) Cancellation of service within 7 days:
- Full refund (subject to RM180 administrative charges) of service purchased. (Subscription & activation fee)
- No coverage at the place of resident or work place.
- Usage of <3MB> 180 days.

In this tribunal I try to claim back 90% of the total purchased price but the TTPM Judge only allow me to claim back 50% of the total purchased price because of the terms and conditions above unless I don't connect to the service and use it (The problem occured after 3 months of subcription) although the account is still active then I should be able to be claimed back 90% of the total purchased price as the TTPM Judge told me

As for your info I still can claim back 50% of the purchased price (Excluding the RM180 admin charge), which is already more than 180 days as stated in terms & conditions (In fact I can't get back the money after 180 days of subscription and subject to RM180 admin charge if refund as according to their terms and conditions)

Can you see how powerful this tribunal is.

My advice is pls go there and log complain if you found that the refund is not in favor to you.

The procedure is simple and straight away:
1) just describe your problem how the dissatifaction you face with your merchant whether in hand write or computer typing on a piece of paper will do and make 2 photo copies which will be attached in Borang 1.

2) Make 2 copies of all the relavant info or documents which will be attached and submitted to the tribunal.

3) Go to any TTPM branches. explain your problem to them and they will give you the Borang 1 for you to fill in your and your merchant details. Alternatively, you can print this Borang 1 at your home via their web site in PDF format. For my advice better print this form via their web site, fill in the Borang 1 and make two photo copies. (For your convenience lah).

4) Submit the completed Borang 1 and all necessary info or documents to be attached in this Borang 1.

5) Pay RM5 fees to them and they will issue the receipt as a proof of complain.

6) The TTPM will attach your info or documents submitted to them in Borang 2, which will be sent to your merchant for their record by yourself whether by hand or registered mail via Pos Malaysia (Remember to ask for AR card from Pos Malaysia as a proof of by receiving party)

7) Please read cafefully all the "Arahan Kepada Penuntut" in Borang 1 for you to understand your responsibility. If not understand or clear please ask the staff of TTPM, they are more than willing to assist you.

Lastly, "FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS, FIGHT FOR CONSUMERS RIGHTS".

Any enquiries, pls email me at kongkeoh@yahoo.com.

Thank you.

izzi.com.my should be renamed as izzi.com.mygoodnessgracious!

should have researched thoroughly before signing up for the izzi package. just got my package in the afternoon and struggled to get it installed.

lousy documention = izzi.com.mygoodnessgracious!

their sales reps gave false information and said that the whole of klang valley got connection. bollocks! i got home to bukit oug and the connection there was extremely poor, between 20% to 30%. when i asked him why, he said that the base station in oug had been taken down. what the...

false advertising = izzi.com.mygoodnessgracious! and possible legal action

called the izzi hotline to ask for the complaint department manager. manager not working then! looks like izzi is not serious in receiving customer complaints!

lousy customer service = izzi.com.mygoodnessgracious!

even with 30 % connnection cannot log in. error message "error 676: phone line is busy" and when i complained, the sales rep had the cheek to reply that "even if ypou can log in, you won't be able to surf"!. what the...

lousy connection = izzi.com.mygoodnessgracious!

thanks for listening but i really feel cheated and need to get it off my chest before it totally ruins my whole evening.

welcome to the gang dude...

gosh!! only 30% or 40% ??? you better go get your refund quick!! you got only less than 7 days to do that and you can only do that at their head office!!!!

from my experience with izzi, you'll need 100% signal strength to work properly and even so... the speed is damn slow!!! (depending on the location)

hhmm... you try to place your izzi reveiver near the windows... especially those facing PJ Section 1... it might help??
