basically is quite fast lah the service coz is still new..

but oh....very very super duper exp need to commit a lot of money b4 u can use

Actually mode of payment for iZZi products can be credit card, cash, transfer banking or by cheque. However if you have credit card will be easier for you because you can go for Easy Payment which is 0% interest monthly installment and we have major of banks you can choose for. Other than credit card, you need to pay one-time payment for whole year package.

The reason you need to pay one off payment is because our package is no contract, no deposit and we giving free device too therefore we need to secure our company. On the other hands, even though free device, you can enjoy 1 year warranty for our device also.

Because subscribers no need sign any agreement or contract and FREE device given. Even though you are not Malaysian, you no need to pay for the deposit also~! Other than that, due to customer security, it can refund within 6 months and get back up to 50% money of the subscription that you paid!! It is no restriction by any contract!! So, it is reasonable for one time payment.

ermm...in malaysia..wat is in my mind ... pay money easy. once need refund ....dont know need wait how long...wasting time also...maybe need go their office for few times. so maybe u will continue using the services or product coz the procedure need to be long.

Hi all,


In refund case, we need 30 working days to proceed. Yes, it might need some time but you still can get back the money. However, for those signed contract for certain period, you cannot terminate it as you wish, you also need to pay the bill till the contract finished. does it a waste? Anyway thank for you all comment~ Wink

but i have heard about new U Mobile broad band services RM 78.00 per month.....

Forgot about the Izzi...which dont understand the consumer behaviour at all...

dickson koh ...nvm lor.. we dont want buy but still got ppl wan buy the services...

but what is form my exp....what thing out from sales mouth totally cannot be trusted ... even my friend do sales they always blow water bluff ...

one day i was in digital mall...i go ask a wireless services provider (not izznet ). i ask him do you provide fix ip for wireless services? he say yes we have fix ip...form what i know they dont provide fix ip. so i ask again n again last question do u know what is ip address?..the sales person go n ask his supervisor...wtf he dont know juz simply say yes we have fix ip...dammm wasting my time...event his supervisor also dont know. dont knwo nvm but dont bluff right? i know most are part timer.

what services we want batter read black n white written in the paper not from the sales person yet they still can con customer not aware of the rules.
