You may heard of of Steven Tea Garden and Island RED Cafe, they are applying the MLM concept in cafe, the model of business prove working but they had made some wrong moves.

STG has high rental over head, RM 60-80K a month, this has became a burden, cos they need to generate enough revenue to breakeven, n one big problem is the Investment Plan where they need to pay the dividends.

IRC has problem too, 28 franchise outlets stop accepting card and members are running to a new company, Station Kopitiam Group, this new company has solid F&B background, they have 90+ exisitng outlets, they dun have the problem faced by STG & IRC.

i joined IRC and my personal experience is, IRC is Eat and Earn, in SK it's Save and Earn, you enjoy 50% discount and earn when u help your frens to save!

Pls check it out on comparison of the business: http://cafenet2u.com/comparison.html

another mlm plan here? lol! lately mlm advertisement is getting hotter. everyone jumps from this company to that company, just a waste of time to build your network only. better concentrate on a company that has been really stable for at least 10 or 20 years.

ya, u r right! SK group has been in the F&B industry for 15 years, some of the shops are their own properties and they had bought over many eatery outlets like Leo's Cafe, Mr Teppanyaki, Shabu Shabu, Western Delight... see here cafenet2u.com

If you spend RM500 eating outside a month, u may save RM3000 if u spend in SK group of cafes, u can have local, western, japanese and indian choices of foods

and u can even earn when u refer frens, helping them to save, there is no product to sell n demo in this business
