Hi! The name is Pelangi Utama. I happen to have a unit there, just got the keys last month. Its very nice and cozy, nice pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, library(?), kindergarten, etc. It was nice and windy there most of the evenings. I believe its freehold, but let me check my files again. Developer is Metro Kajang, same as Pelangi Damansara. I don't know anyone moved in yet, but my friend alraedy got a tenant for Rm1700 a month 1100sf) furnished. Am planning to sell mine for RM265k. 920sf, pool view, 6th floor, 3r 2b.
