Operations Supervisor - Based in Damansara Heights
The Role:
Financial
- Manage revenue and expenses within budget.
- Maximises margin through productivity improvement and cost out opportunities.
People
- Establishes goals and clear directions for all staff.
- Provides useful feedback to staff in a constructive and positive manner.
- Ensures manpower utilisation through planning, organising and scheduling to minimise loss of time and working within the capital and operating budgets.
Service Performance
- Meets data delivery and customer service deadlines (including incident reporting turnaround time).
- Monitors and actions adverse SLA trends prior to adverse impact on documented SLAs.
- Delivers dependable disaster back-up and contingency services through planning, documentation, testing and staff education.
Operations
- Accurately measures performance, productivity and costs using agreed indicators.
- Analyse data and statistical numbers in the production/incident reports and propose necessary recommendations to improve results of programs.
Business Development and Growth
- Participates in new business implementations.
Controls and Audit
- Ensures effective controls and procedures are observed and operations are conducted within the centres without adverse audit comment.
Technical Skills:
- A thorough and practical knowledge of the Company’s remittance processing systems.
- Practical banking or payment systems experience.
- Proven operational management experience.
- A strong customer focus
Leadership Skills:
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to create rapport and strong ongoing relationships
- Influencing skills and the ability to persuade without causing conflict
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Comfortable with change and promotes change positively
Snr Team Leader/Team Leader - Based in Ipoh/Melaka/Kuantan
The Role:
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the activities of the team, monitoring the workflow and ensuring all service deliveries are met. Also responsible for managing and providing guidance/coaching to the work-groups. Providing efficient and high quality service consistent with the Company’s objectives to be the premier service provider.
Skills and Capabilities Required:
• Strong data/numeric keyboard.
• Strong PC and MS Office skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with keen attention to details.
Personal Attributes Sought:
- Proven track record of leading a team.
- Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
