try to cut down rice everymeal..
if can..skip it.. eat vege n abit meat. (stim or boil)
my friendz do it for about 1mth.. can see the effect Wink


if u don't want to go slimming centre.. also don wan to do excersize.. and also don't want to control ur meal.... its really hard... unless u go see doctor... take the pill from them.. its safe and works. but costy

i don`t want to shoot down any of you guys method but pills, herbs etc don`t really work and
is called diet supplement for a reason.

there are 2 type of diet method which i really recommend

1) exercise. it could be jog in a park or using the running machine in a gym
personally for me, i choose the gym because seeing other people exercise
also give me myself some encouragement to exercise.

2) control your comsumption. control what you eat. it could be carbo diet, or veggie diet
etc. at the very least you won`t gain weight, if you don`t control, you`re totally will do

3)Vicfire suggestion of going to a doctor is also good, its a lot more safer than the various diet supplement
sold by MLM or pharmacy(ok Pharmacy is safer than MLM, because people who sells for MLM product is not a certified medical practitioner, at least some pharmacy has some). the doctor can actually check
and suggest which medicine works for you. of course if the doctor is not good , there`s no point either

i personnally do 1 and 2 and lost 14kg in a year and mix and add various diet method that suit me

for example: i go to work by bicycle every day for 30 minutes , i eat mostly fish(alot!) and one small bowl of rice(carbo diet)
and some veggie during lunch(veggie diet). once a week i go to gym for the running machine and wieght machine for3 hours.
then i would go to clubs to socialize and not for pick up girls(mental health). i also keep track of my waist and wieght everyday.

my suggestion. read a lot and try a lot. i heard lot of bullshit diet method that i try to follow but doesn`t work for me/
when you find something that works for you, stick to it, and try to find other methods to add to your current one.

So basically, trust those who's telling u to obtained the supplements u need and achieving ideal BMI instead of those which JUST empty promising you to lose weight. Very Happy

I think the best way to lose weight and to keep the pounds off is to eat the proper way. Eat every 3 hours of your waking hours. Each meal should be as big as your fist. If you find it difficult to measure your food, just eat enough to make the hunger pangs go away. Don't eat to fill your tummies.

Eating this way ensures that you never get so hungry. When you get really hungry (as in starving), the tendency is you eat more because the hunger pangs take longer to go away. Also, eating small portions but eating often will improve your metabolism.

And oh, don't forget to exercise. If you are interested in having a really chiseled look, try hypertrophy programs. It works.

it really depends on how heavy are you and how much you wanna lose? some people will just eat less or two light meals a day (morning and dinner before 9) and you too have to watch what you consume, too salty will also slower down your metabolism and leads to weight gain. Maybe you can try for a low carb diet, but most of all, you still need to excesize to firm up. Work out in gym is the best, it helps to brigthen up ur mood as well Smile

May be you can try Super Xlim Gel. No More Replacement Meal, No More Skipping Meals, No need to excercise but need to massage for 5 minutes after application.

Price lesser than slimming centre or other MLM products

cut down food intake, have a balanced diet. if possible,count on ur food calories. a bit hard to do eh? *grin*

but its good to exercise regularly,try have a brisk walk everyday- atleast.
