For me, i think every product has side-effects depending on its severity. But, I think herbalife products is pretty much well researched and trusted worldwide. The reason why it is still not doing so well compare to other slimming products in malaysia is most prolly its pricing. Me, myself, a distributor also never consumed it.  |

I sign up cost me RM 2K.
Lose 5kg, happy.
after 3mth gain back 8kg. sad.
waste money. |

| I think if u you lost 5 kg and then gaining it back for 8kg...that's a critical case. I think some people should really understand their body. Like me, if im eating too much my body will generate an alarm signal to my brain telling me that I should do something about it...Exercising, eating something that can help my digestion or whatever that makes me feel better. |

A friend of mine taking herbalife, but she is gaining weight.
@cheerful, once you lost weight, you will need to control your diet from then. Else, eat without exercise of coz will gain weight.
Anyone hear about low carb diet? I read an article about it before, if I rmember correctly, it's something like consume the minimum carbo as possible, then your body will start using fats as energy.

I think now i remembered that Herbalife is not just about losing weight. If you're skinny it can help u to gain weight too. Most prolly it's about getting healthier diet and obtaining ideal BMI. |
